No clue about my second career (or what I would do with a week off, other than sleep, which doesn't pay the bills), but I'll let you know when I figure it out.

P.S. I love the "Get on my stovetop!" line. If I were a superhero, that would totally be my catchphrase.kthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07288360075347354832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5120625310379525844.post-186394677528105582011-02-23T22:47:02.261-07:002011-02-23T22:47:02.261-07:00You are Katy. The girl I met in 2006 loved Mariam, cheese parties, sappy movies with her friends, being surprised by lovely posters from friends, acting, country music, dancing like no one was watching even though you knew they were.
The Katy I got to know also loved her dog, the job she thought she wanted, practical joke surprises, time with friends, cute dresses she got on sale.
Katy today also loves her friends, cooking successes, and Russell.

You are good, my dear, at struggling through things. Not with them, but through them. When you got rejected from nursing school you said Fine! and went to France. When you find veggies that confuse you you say Get on my stovetop! and figure something out. When you realize you hate your job you say Okay! and sign up for a summer camp that means you'll have to quit. When your good friend dies you find ways to talk it out and cope the best you can. You are a warrior, and yet you remain fragile. It's a beautiful conundrum.

I have no suggestions about a career for you. Maybe think about what you would do with a week off and see if they offer careers in that.Rebekahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17517622703673666241noreply@blogger.com
